Job Requirements / Skills
You may be well-educated or hold various industry-recognised certifications; these will have undoubtedly have helped you on your journey so far, but what we want at Xibis is demonstrable technical skills. As such, Xibis-calibre candidates need to pass our preliminary screening exercises prior to interview.
If you have the intelligence and the fundamental understanding of how to program for the web, our team can train you in the specifics. Xibis works only in ASP.NET with C#, JavaScript and MS SQL Server; but, candidates with strong OO ability in any language (C++, Java, ASP.NET, PHP, JSP, or ASP etc.) will be considered.
What you will need is a strong ability in OOP techniques, an analytical problem-solving mind, a good knowledge of web-based software development and technologies, and good database design structure. Knowledge of XML/XSLT, and AJAX technologies would also be a significant advantage.

An exciting, entirely new role is up for grabs: Senior Digital Account Manager / Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements / Candidate Profile
It will be your responsibility to nurture & manage the relationships and develop business within our existing client base, leading to long-term client growth, retention & profitability. You’ll also take charge of some of our marketing activities – writing newsletters, case studies and other content. The role requires a self-motivated individual, capable of working independently, with strategic nous & commercial expertise in the digital marketplace.
Xibis is heavily focused on the technical side of web development. While we don't require a techie for this role, we need someone who understands the fundamentals – “digital savvy” rather than technical – with an ability to critically assess what we’re doing for our clients in order to improve what we deliver.
Is this you?
- You have significant (3+ years) account management experience at a digital agency.
- You’re simply brilliant in front of clients, oozing professionalism, excitement, knowledge and self-confidence.
- You have an uncanny ability to communicate extremely clearly whether in person, on the phone or in writing.
- People just love working with you; you develop great rapport & demonstrate client care.
- You’re highly organised, disciplined, a “completer-finisher” & capable of effective multi-tasking.
- Passionate about all things digital & continuous improvement!
You should have good knowledge of web applications (from user experience is fine); furthermore, if you’ve also got it in web technologies, the software development life cycle, SEO, SEM---this will be a bonus. Some visits to clients will be required, so a clean driving license and own vehicle will be necessary.
You’ll have a big opportunity to make a real difference to Xibis, and you’ll be supported in all of this by a fantastic, close knit team with outstanding technical expertise on tap to bring your clients’ projects to life.
