Neil Morjaria is promoted to MD.

Xibis is delighted to announce that Neil will be formally taking over as Managing Director of Xibis at the end of this month. Neil has been with Xibis for almost 5 years now and made a hugely valuable contribution to the company’s growth – especially over the last couple of years.
Simon Perry, former MD, comments: "My personal management style is well suited to running a business in the early stages, but Xibis’ current size now demands a Managing Director with a more thorough, methodological approach. Neil possesses these qualities in a far greater abundance.
Neil has been slowly taking on more and more of the Managing Director’s responsibilities and has been effectively working completely within that role for the past few months – we’ve designed it this way so that there was a very gradual, stable transition. During this transition I have challenged Neil’s decisions many times and each time he has clearly demonstrated that I was wrong and he was right. It is fantastic to feel I can leave the company in Neil’s hands and have greater confidence in its success than I would have if it was me still at the reins. For that, I owe Neil a great deal of gratitude."
