Workflow builder
Each company's recruitment workflow is unique and the Xibis e-recruitment system provides the capability for the workflow process to be customised to your requirements. Therefore you will not need to change your current process to adapt to the software, the e-recruitment system will adapt to your requirements.
The Xibis e-recruitment system offers a workflow builder tool that allows for building custom workflow templates for processing candidates that have applied for vacancies.
A workflow template is created by selecting a series of workflow modules that should be included in the workflow process.
Examples of workflow modules are:
- Pre-assessment
- Short Listing
- First Interview
- Second Interview
- References
- CRB Checks
- Conditional Offer
- Un-conditional Offer

Each module is made up of a number of stages that require members of your recruitment team to carry out certain actions to process each candidate that has applied for a vacancy. For example, a standard short listing module will be for a manager to review the candidates that have applied and select their preferred candidates for short listing. The next stage will be for a member of HR to review the short list and amend or send back to the manager if some candidates are not suitable or candidates that have not been included that should have been.
Each stage within a module has the capability to generate a document that can be automatically emailed to a candidate or to be printed and manually posted. A document generated will be dynamically generated with a candidate's name and address, the job title and reference, and certain paragraphs that should be included based on the type of vacancy. An example letter generated by the e-recruitment system could be an "invite to interview" letter or a rejection letter.
