Self Awareness takes psychometric testing to a global audience

Xibis helps educational testing company transform its business model

Educational and coaching company, Self Awareness, offers a psychometric testing service to the UK education market. The test gains an insight to a student’s learning needs based on their personality traits.

Xibis worked with Self Awareness to translate the paper-based service into a comprehensive web-based product. The online service has enabled the company to cut costs, reduce product pricing, extend the product line and reach new customers, in the UK and overseas. Xibis was also able to advise on appropriate hosting packages, online payment options, and website security measures to take.

Christine Stoker, a director of Self Awareness commended Xibis, “We were particularly impressed with the way in which Xibis understood our extensive spec and, in particular, the grasp the development team had of our complex algorithmic structure of the analysis required in order to produce the reports.”

The full CMS website is addressed to the needs of different visitor groups, has a psychometric analysis reporting tool, extensive FAQ section, log-in service and administrator facilities.
