Healthcare A2Z is a not-for-profit organisation which provides practical information, education and communication solutions to support the implementation of complex healthcare challenges. Their main objective is 'to help facilitate the changes in healthcare’ which can improve many people’s quality of life. Based in Cambridgeshire, Healthcare A2Z works with medical organisations, nursing practitioners, and educational centres of excellence and industry to provide quality products for nurses and healthcare workers.

John Gaudin, director and web designer of Healthcare A2Z, approached Xibis with both a clear brief and a tight time schedule. The remit was to build a content managed, multi-module based portal website which could be extended and added to as the need arose. It was important to John that the process involve close consultation throughout and from the start, he was impressed by the way in which the team at Xibis worked with the company. Healthcare A2Z were kept up to date every step of the way: options were clearly explained, enabling the John to make informed choices about what he wanted.

In the initial stages of the project Xibis was able to help with suggestions on improvements in the functionality and navigation of the system. Xibis created each section as a modular unit, incorporating HTML-based visuals supplied by Healthcare A2Z. John was also impressed by the speed with which the whole project was completed.
