Yellowhammer Bars operates various branded clubs, bars and venues with different events organised by club brand and individual location. They needed a web-based management system that would allow them to control the variety of venues and events from a single source and give them the flexibility for expansion in the future.

Brand control
Yellowhammer Bars management system uses a simple menu layout to allow admin staff complete control over the corporate advertising, chain branding and event promotion for each venue’s website.
Each venue has its own web identity under the chains branding. Each website contains its own photos, events, chat forums, and member’s area constructed using the brand criteria. This complex network of websites is easily controlled by the main Yellowhammer Bars management system.

The personal touch
Photos taken by the in-house photographer on event nights can be easily uploaded to each venue’s website. These images are automatically resized and watermarked with the club’s logo to enforce the branded image. Chat forums are utilised to create a community atmosphere among the clubbers. These forums also help promote the venue’s events and keep each venue personal to the surrounding area.
Members only
Each venue’s website has a members log in area. By logging in, a member has access to extra features including the ability to download desktop backgrounds, see the venues photo gallery, access competitions and the forum.
