The Luton Borouigh Council e-recruitment system was developed in two phases. It was the first of a number of recruitment sites to be developed under the ESPO umbrella.
Key Benefits
- Xibis introduced an "Onboarding" module that takes the standard e-recruitment process all the way into new starter management
- Documents for new starters are provided online, through the "My Account" area
- Candidates can complete documents and upload their responses, providing a huge saving in time and costs
- The Onboarding module also provides a two-way question and answer dialogue, much like a mobile texting service
