The Application Builder is a powerful tool that you can use to create bespoke application forms, asking questions targeted for particular vacancies. The main building block is an application template which you create using five core modules:

• Personal details
• Current and previous employment
• Education
• References
• Equal opportunities 

The standard questions in each module can be augmented from a library of additional questions. You can also add custom modules to the template, using library questions, or new questions you author yourself. The options for candidate input include text boxes, list boxes and drop downs.
