Candidate profiles

Candidates can keep their profile up to date and store information such as their name, address and contact information. This information can then be used to pre-populate their online applications.

Online applications

Navigating the pages of the application form is a simple and concise process, even for those with limited experience of the web. The forms are pre-populated with details from candidates' profiles and previous applications. Candidates can also save part-finished applications and complete them later.

Application forms can be designed via a drag and drop interface in the admin area.

Application history

Candidates can track the progress of each application they have submitted. Every application has a status reflecting its progress through the recruitment process. Candidates are also presented with a record of incomplete applications, which they can then resume and continue to submission.

Job notifications via email

Candidates can subscribe to regular e-mail job notifications, and can unsubscribe at any time.

Email notifications are customised to your brand and the regularity of distribution is down to your preference. The task can be manual, activated when relevant or automated to send at a pre-determined intervals.

Talent pool

Candidates can add themselves to a talent pool, providing recruiters a database to search through. Candidates are able to add additional information about themselves such as their experience, skill set and education details.

Job basket

Candidates can add jobs of interest to a job basket when performing vacancy searches. They can then return to the basket to review vacancies and choose which to apply for.
