Most companies have an established recruitment process, so the Xibis e-recruitment system is designed to be customised, rather than making you adapt your procedures.
The Workflow Builder allows you to decide how applications are handled. A workflow process is created by selecting a series of process-based modules, such as:
- Pre-assessment
- Short listing
- First interview
- Second interview
- References
- CRB checks
- Conditional offer
- Unconditional offer
Each module is divided into stages or key tasks. For example, during ‘short-listing' one stage allows a manager to review applications and select preferred candidates, and the next involves reviewing the short list and deciding who will be invited for interview.
Each stage includes the ability to generate a related document, such as an interview invitation or a rejection letter. These documents are dynamically generated with the candidate's name and address, the job title and reference, and wording appropriate for the type of vacancy. They can be sent automatically by email, or printed out and posted.
