With Xibis’ Web Security Find & Fix service, we download your website onto our servers, audit the system for security problems and fix them as we find them. Once we’re confident the system is secure, we’ll re-upload the site to your live server.
As we won’t know what’s wrong with your system until we start working on it, we can’t give you a fixed price for the project. We ask that you commit to a £1,200 spend to cover a couple of days of work. Smaller systems without too many problems are likely to be fixed and sent live within this cost.
Larger systems or systems with a large number of security vulnerabilities will take longer, but after the initial two days we should be in a position where we can give you an indication of how long we expect the project to take.
If we find a few errors, we’ll explain what they were and what we’ve done. If there are a lot of errors, we won’t detail every single one but we’ll give you an overview of the sorts of problems there have been and some examples.
