Our admin systems are developed bespoke to your specifications giving you the control you need. Utilising our simple to use systems, new pages can be created and website content can be easily update or changed (example on the left). Images can be loaded quickly and text can be constantly updated using our WYSIWYG text editors (example on the right).

Security is one of the biggest concerns on the web. Our extensive experience security testing other people's web sites has made us paranoid that our systems will be attacked - and it's this paranoia that will keep your systems secure. We pride ourselves on building systems with built in security using strong code, forced strong password choices, and 5 time wrong entry lock out delays. this all helps to ensure our admin systems are some of the most secure on the web.
User access levels can be set using our admin systems to limit access to certain features for some users. Our systems can be tailored to comply with your work flow criteria and process check procedures can be set in place to match your quality control requirements. This example is for a simple page editing process:-
- Standard User Create/edit page (page will not go live)
- Editor Check/edit/confirm (page will not go live)
- Publisher Publish page (page goes live)
This ensures any ISO standards are adhered to, automated where possible and in some cases improved within your web systems.

Due to the breadth of clients we have developed bespoke systems for, our systems incorporate many standard features not normally included in other admin systems. We can do this because, although each admin system is developed specifically for each client, we utilise an in-house developed nucleus program to help us start the construction. This enables us to build in standard features and business tools which would normally be added cost extras.

Because our systems can store huge amounts of data across many categories and sub-categories our admin systems incorporate full system search tools. We include two stages of data searching:

Advanced - for complex, more accurate data searches across multiple data categories.
We utilise AJAX in our menus and search facilities to help this. AJAX is a combination of technologies which allows fast searches on data queries and unrivalled response times.
